Junior Consultant (JC)

In the Junior Consultant role, the focus is on operational project work - both on-site at the client's premises and as back-office support (research, analyses, etc.). In addition, the JC actively supports the development of the company. The topic of sales is limited to supporting activities.

Consultant (C)

the role of consultant focuses on operational project work - both on-site at the client's premises and as support in the back office (research, analyses, etc.). The consultant takes on independent areas of responsibility in projects. In addition, the consultant actively supports the company's development by taking on sub-tasks for individual internal areas of responsibility. The topic of sales is limited to supporting activities.

Senior Consultant (SC)

As a Senior Consultant, the focus lies on operational project work - both on-site at the client's premises and as support in the back office (research, analyses, etc.). The Senior Consultant takes on independent areas of responsibility in projects. The SC actively supports the development of the company and takes responsibility for individual internal tasks (newsletter, homepage, training etc.). The SC actively supports sales within the framework of existing projects / customers and in the acquisition of new customers.

Projekt Manager (PM)

In the role of project manager, the focus lies on operational project work on site with the customer. He or she takes over the management of projects and/or sub-projects. In the project environment, the PM is responsible for sales and the expansion of existing customers (key account) and also supports the acquisition of new customers and the expansion of the customer base.
In the area of corporate development, the PM is responsible for the transfer of know-how within the company, in addition to other topics.

Principal

The principal is the preliminary stage to the partner. The distribution of tasks is similar to the partner level, but without holding shares in the company. Entrepreneurial action and the success of the company are decisive for him.
In the role of the principal, there is a strong focus on the independent expansion of existing customers and in particular the acquisition of new customers. The principal takes on the management of projects and / or sub-projects (smaller operational scope compared to the project manager).

Partner

Der Partner ist unmittelbar für den Erfolg des Unternehmens verantwortlich. Der Ausbau des Unternehmens auf allen Ebenen liegt in seiner Verantwortung. Neben der operativen Projektarbeit liegt der Hauptfokus auf der Akquise von Neukunden sowie der Entwicklung neuer Beratungsprodukte im Einklang mit der Unternehmensvision und der Unternehmensstrategie.

Students

- Advanced Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-oriented programme.
- First relevant work experience in the form of training and/or internships.
- Experienced in the use of MS Office.

Experienced professionals

- Sound knowledge of the project and process management environment.
- Good theoretical as well as practical knowledge of common business analysis and project management methods.
- Quick grasp of complex customer projects, professional work even under time pressure and with high expectations.
- Initial experience in relevant line or consultancy work.
- Sense for additional consulting needs of the client, routine handling in the acquisition of projects.
- English language skills would be an asset.
