We want to make sustainability "simple" and help our customers to be lastingly successful. 

We focus on the following fields of action environment, customers and employees.

- Increase contract volume in projects with sustainability relevance 

- Reduce the ecological impact of own activities to a minimum 

- Meeting the changing demands of society and employees in order to ensure healthy and happy employees (measuring satisfaction)

- Make a positive contribution to the society in which our company operates.

- Implement and maintain a code of ethics in the company

Embedding sustainability

Um Nachhaltigkeit in unserem Unternehmen zu verankern, sind wir seit Mai 2022 Mitglied im UN Global Compact. Außerdem kommunizieren wir das Thema auf unsere Website und in unseren Netzwerken, um mehr Bewusstsein zu schaffen und möglichst viele Stakeholder zu informieren.

Our actions in detail

Employee satisfaction

  • We support our employees in their social or voluntary projects.
  • We define and adhere to a code of values. 
  • We allow our employees to work from their home office 100% of the time (in consultation with the clients). In addition, there is the possibility to visit co-working spaces at company expense.

Commuting and business travel

  • We allow our employees to work from their home office 100% of the time (in consultation with the clients). In addition, there is the possibility to visit co-working spaces at company expense.
  • We have introduced a mobility package to motivate our employees to independently use sustainable means of transport​.
  • All our employees are reimbursed 100% of the cost of a personal BahnCard.

Hard- and software in the company

  • We advocate the use of refurbished IT instead of new devices​.
  • If our old appliances cannot be used any further, they are not destroyed but donated.
  • We actively support green hosting ofwebservices

Creating visibility

  • We actively present the topics of sustainability to our customers in order to demonstrate the importance of these topics to other companies and businesses. 
  • We are a member of a sustainability association (UN Global Compact) and will participate in events and trainingsto deepen our knowledge and share experiences.
  • We are a customer of a local commercial bank in order to practice regionality.
