Using Scrum and a classic project management approach, we led a hybrid project for the redevelopment of administration-specific software for nationwide and cross-national use in authorities and ministries. The complex requirements in terms of professionalism and software architecture included the integration of audit security, document management systems, as well as statistics and controlling evaluations.
