n the role of Senior Consultant, the focus is on operational project work - both on-site at the client's premises and as support in the back office (research, analyses, etc.). The Senior Consultant takes on independent areas of responsibility in projects. The SC actively supports the development of the company and takes responsibility for individual internal tasks (newsletter, homepage, training etc.). The SC actively supports sales within the framework of existing projects / customers and in the acquisition of new customers.
In the role of project manager, the focus is on operational project work on site with the customer. He or she takes over the management of projects and/or sub-projects. In the project environment, the PM is responsible for sales and the expansion of existing customers (key account) and also supports the acquisition of new customers and the expansion of the customer base.
In the area of corporate development, the PM is responsible for the transfer of know-how within the company, in addition to other topics.
The principal is the preliminary stage to the partner. The distribution of tasks is similar to the partner level, but without participation in the company. Entrepreneurial action and the success of the company are decisive for him.
In the role of the principal, there is a strong focus on expanding existing customers and, in particular, on acquiring new customers. They take on the management of projects and / or sub-projects (smaller operational scope compared to the project manager).
The partner has a stake in the company and is thus directly responsible for the success of the company. The expansion of the company at all levels is his responsibility. In addition to operational project work, the main focus is on the acquisition of new customers - as well as the development of new consulting products in line with the corporate vision and strategy.
